Some more pictures

Here's a fun picture of Morgan with the kids and the beautiful colors that we experience here in Utah.

Our little cutie.
There are very similar pictures of me when I was younger that I remember seeing where I am grinning exactly like this. She is definitely my daughter:)

Our little stud muffin.
Hmmmm. (So, we set him down on the grass and he totally did this himself. It was too funny!)

Here's some more pictures from a different photo shoot of the kids.
 Love this!

Mikey took this picture of us.
Love these pictures of Mikey with the kids. They sure love their Uncle Mikey:)

PHOTO SHOOTS

Within this last month I've had many opportunities to take pictures and gain more experience in the photography realm. This first shoot was for my friend Danielle and her family. She actually took pictures of our family on this same evening. We just switched back and forth between getting pictures taken of us and taking pictures. It was fun! They are such a cute family!

Then Danielle and I took pictures of this lovely couple the following weekend,
Rachel and Landon....

and this other lovely couple, Callie and Austin.

Then my brother Mikey and I took pictures of Chris, Kareena and Ty. Mikey and I then edited them together. Mikey did most of the editing, he is the editing pro!

Pictures from my phone

So there are a lot of pictures from my phone that I've uploaded to my computer recently that briefly sum up the last four months for us.

The summer was great. We enjoyed the Springville splash pad!
Noel and Sam have been doing lots of coloring and painting.
Sam had blue lips for some reason. I can't remember how:)
We went to Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point with Kareena and Ty.
Noel is getting more and more silly;)
We had a fun summer with some crazy thunderstorms. One in which dropped a bunch of rain which caused a ton of flooding in the surrounding areas. This is a picture of a van that was parked in a parking lot by IN N OUT in Provo. There was a TON of water!
Noel started potty training. She wears big girl panties and goes #1 in the potty with ease. The deal was that once she started going #2 in the potty she would get this porcelain doll. Well, she went that first and only time maybe 6 weeks ago or so, so she got the doll, and finally she is beginning to try going #2 in the potty more.
We have been on scavenger hunts around the neighborhood.
We've gone to the nearby playground.
Noel made a wreath of her own.
We are still painting and coloring.
Noel had an MRI to figure out why her pancreatic enzyme levels are still elevated from her 2 bowel obstructions that occurred at the beginning of 2012 (in which both cases she was hospitalized). She was sedated for this MRI and it was no fun to do but it's done and the results showed nothing other than slight swelling of the pancreas. We will hopefully get answers next week at Noel's follow up appointment with her GI specialist.
 Still sedated after the MRI.
 Poor baby.
Morgan was taking a nap on the couch the other day and Noel piled a bunch of stuff on top of him. He didn't even know it:)
Since her MRI and recent doctor's visits, Noel plays mom with her stuffed animal "Lammy", and "takes it to the doctor" (the couch) and pretends her baby is getting pictures taken of its tummy and she also pretends that her baby is getting a shot. She is so cute with her "Lammy". She'll say "I know sweetheart. You don't need to be scared. I'm right here.... It's just one, two, three poke, okay?" Oh man, she just melts my heart.
Noel with Lammy in the bean bag chair.
 Sam is still a ham.
The kids had their first dentist appointments ever. They both did awesome! No screaming. Just very chill. I was so happy. Sam's teeth look awesome. Noel has a couple of problem spots that we need to really take care of but no cavities for now!!!

And last but not least, Noel has had some big hair recently:)

We are loving Autumn!

Morgan baked his first apple pie.
We had a "Conference Party" to make General Conference fun and exciting for the kids. They did so good. During the Saturday sessions Morgan and I canned chicken while listening to conference.

We had Chris and Kareena and Ty over for one of the sessions on Sunday.
I took the kids for a drive to see fall colors at Hobble Creek Canyon Park. It was beautiful!

Every month my friends and I have craft night. This is what I made. A wreath made with a pool noodle, brown paper bags and autumn-like accessories. Total cost= $4
