Last week we were at Morgan's parents home for dinner and a special visitor came after dinner. IT WAS SANTA! He came especially for Noel to sit on his lap. Santa went in the bathroom to change into his Santa suit and during that time, Noel was getting her diaper changed. When she was done getting her diaper changed Santa was sitting in a chair in front of her. She stared at him for a few seconds but then Santa started to talk and she started crying/screaming. She was so scared! I felt so bad. We still got a picture of her with Santa but I don't think we'll be doing that next year. We'll try it but we won't put her on Santa's lap if she reacts the way she did this time. Here's a few pictures of her traumatic experience. Poor thing.

Daddy sat on Santa's lap so that Noel would know that it's okay.
She still didn't believe that it was okay.
Classic.
After Santa left, she was able to get back to her normal activities and be at peace.
She's got to be asleep or unconscious in order to sit in Santa's lap. Here's the picture from last year with Santa. What a difference huh? She was just 1 1/2 months old then.

hmmm, that screaming face looks familiar? what is it with tiny tots and santa? don't they understand that he's like the coolest thing ever?? :)
