EASTER IN CALIFORNIA

A couple weeks ago I decided to take the kiddos to California to visit family while Morgan stayed at home finishing his semester up with finals. I drove out with my brother Mikey. My brother Chris and his wife Kareena and their two kids were there as well! We were there for 8 days or so. We visited with my parents as well as with Morgan's parents. I unfortunately forgot to whip out the camera at Morgan's parents home. I'm so sorry Mary and Gary! I'll make sure to take lots of pictures when we see you next which will be soon!:)

These pictures may not be in order. There were soooo many! (Luckily there were 3 other camera's pictures to choose from:))
The kids scrubbed patio furniture and had fun playing with water.

The kids played in the spa quite a few times.

We went fishing at a small lake.

 I love this picture:)

 Noel caught a fish!

 Me and my little buddy.
He didn't like the fish up close.

Sam was on time out. Grandpa Watkins paid him a visit:)
Yummy Thrifty (Rite Aid) Ice Cream.
 Mmmmmmm.
Our friend Debora took us girls out to get pedicures! It was sooo nice!

We went to the Pet Store and bought 4 chicks to play with for a few days. After we returned back to Utah my parents gave them to a friend of ours who has chickens and didn't mind a few more egg-layers:)

Noel just loved those little chickies. She took such good care of them.

We went to the Gomm's (our friends, the same friends that would take the chicks off our hands when we went back home).  We held the chickens, brushed a goat, went down to the creek, and visited.

My kiddos and I. This trip was so good for us:)
 Grandma Watkins and Sam.
Grandma jumped on the trampoline with the kiddos.
We went to Mongolian BBQ twice while we were there in town. It was DELICIOUS!
Noel loved jumping on the trampoline!
In order to get Sam to look at the camera, Mikey told him there was a rolley poley in the camera. He was trying to find it. Ha!

 Mikey and Sam.
The kids made Rice Krispie Treat nests to put candy in. Pretty much, Sam and Ty ate the rice krispie treats and Noel and Grandma made the nests.
The kiddos then dyed eggs with cool whip and food coloring swirled in it. They turned out cute! And they didn't mind the occasional lick or two of the cool whip:)
Easter Morning the Easter Bunny came and the kiddos were so excited. I skyped with Morgan so he could see the kiddos during their Easter egg hunt.

 Love the three!
Morgan sent the kids and I flowers the day before Easter since he couldn't be there with us. It was so sweet of him. I sure missed that guy!
Noel with her basket of chicks.
 Our pretty little girl.
There was always plenty of ice cream in the freezer!
 Uncle Chris and Sam.
We had such a wonderful time with Morgan's parents and my parents. The trip was so awesome and we are so glad we went! We are so blessed that we get to go again this coming weekend!
