Wow... has it really been 2 months since I last updated? Soooo much has happened since then.
So here we go.
So here we go.
Here's a picture of the kids selling our farm fresh eggs to a neighbor. They sell them weekly to this family and are learning how to save their money.
Our handsome Sam's kindergarten class had a 50's Day.
More progress on the deck.
Morgan and I out on a date with little Miss Evelyn.
Burning the midnight oil working on the deck.
We took the kids swimming at the Springville Community Pool.
Sam drew the Stripling Warriors on Morgan's whiteboard in his office and then Noel added Helaman.
Hanging with my Evelyn.
More deck work.
The kids built temples out of sugar cubes for Family Home Evening.

This is what Sam brought home from his Thanksgiving celebration in Kindergarten.
Native American Sam, aka "Rapid River".
Thanksgiving was great. Family from each side came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving and to come support Noel for her baptism which was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We celebrated Thanksgiving at my sister Emilie's house.
Here's Evelyn snuggling up to Great Grandma K.

After the Thanksgiving feast Evelyn konked out.
Most of the pies.
The day after Thanksgiving the men came over to our place to help with the deck project. They got lots done. We are so grateful for their service and help!
That night we got together to celebrate recent birthdays or birthdays that were soon to come.
Games.
Then came Noel's Baptism. This was such an amazing experience to have a child be baptized and for her to make that choice on her own. We are so grateful for all those who came to support her in her decision. It was such a beautiful day and beautiful experience.
Grandpa Watkins and Grandpa Young gave amazing talks on Baptism and the Holy Ghost. After the baptism and confirmation, Grandpa Watkins had goodies for the kids who could remember the 3 things he taught about baptism. Here's Sam telling him what he remembered.
Chris also took a turn to earn the goodies that my Dad was giving to those who could recite everything correctly. It was absolutely hilarious!

We had lunch at the church in the gym afterwards: soup, salad and rolls.
Here's a picture of everyone who came minus a few others who left after the baptism.

I can't get over Evelyn's sweet little smile.
Our little family.
I took pictures of Noel at the temple a week or two before she was baptized. Thanks to my brother Mikey for editing them for me:)
We sure love our little Noel who isn't so little anymore. She is growing up too fast. Her baptism was beautiful. Thank you again to all who made sacrifices to be there!
