Morgan had a couple cavities so when he came home from getting his fillings, he puckered up and this is what it looked like. It was hilarious!
Springville Splash Pad!
This is a picture I took on a jog recently. I sure love the view from the mountainside here. It's so beautiful, especially in the evening.
Spanish Fork Splash Pad!
On Sam's Birthday, we went hiking to Grotto Falls up in Payson Canyon. It was a nice little, kid friendly hike. Mikey spent the night, the night before so we could all hang the next day, all day long for Sam's birthday. So Mikey was there as well as Chris, Kareena, Ty and Libby. We had a blast. When we got up to the waterfall, Morgan surprised us all randomly and said, "Get out your cameras" and he went and hopped in the waterfall. He said it was FREEZING! Ha! I sure love my man:)
The Three Amigos.
Sam's construction site birthday cake.
Birthday dinner: Papa Murphy's Pizza and salad!
Then Chris and Morgan took the kiddos for a quad ride up and down our street. That was the activity that Sam chose to do for his birthday.
Morgan and Ty. You gotta love Ty's grin.
Chris and Noel.
Mikey playing with the kiddos.
Love that we all live so close. Love this picture.
Love this picture too!
Chris and cute lil' Libby.
Mikey wrestling with Ty and Noel.
Cake time!
We love you Sam! We're sure glad you are in our family. You are a miracle and our lives are blessed every day because you fought so hard to be in it!
There was an activity at our local library called Teddy Bear Tea Party, each kid was to bring a blanket and their favorite stuffed animal and learn science, be entertained, and make fun crafts. The kids had so much fun. Kareena and Ty and Libby were there too. I have these pics thanks to Kareena;)
Kareena with her cute kiddos.
After Sam's 3 year check up we went to a local Drug Store where they have an ice cream parlor, and the kids had some ice cream.
Last week we had some fun at the Art City Days Fun-a-Rama Kids Carnival.
Sam and I at the Magic Show. Noel didn't want to be in the picture.
The Magician. He was great! The kids loved it!
The swing ride.
Having fun waiting in line for the train ride.
The kids took a little train ride.
Noel got her nails painted.
We've had some fun with Ty.
We tried out the Provo Splash Pad. The kids loved that one too.
Recently our kids are proving to us that they are smarty pants. Sam was drawing today while I was cleaning the kitchen and he said "Momma, I drew some circles!" I love this kid!
Yesterday in church, Noel was drawing, and randomly for the first time she wrote her name, all by herself! Then, she said, "I am going to write Sam's name." And that's exactly what she did! She has never done either before! In the past I've taught the kids how to spell their names but I didn't know that that stuck! So proud of my kiddos. They sure are growing up fast.
On Saturday (a few days ago) we thought it would be fun to wake up at 6am in the morning and go see a bunch of hot air balloons take off, as part of the Art City Days Festival that has been going on all week. Well, we get there, it's early, it's cold, yes, we do have donuts, which made it doable:), but it was too windy for the hot air balloons to take off so weren't able to see them. But it was a good memory, sitting in the cold stuffing our faces with sugar, in the wee hours of the morning:)
I'm loving our summer and it's only just beginning!
